瀝青混合料組成和材料的組成!

材料組成:瀝青、粗集料、細(xì)集料、礦粉(有的加入聚合物和木纖維素)。

Material composition: asphalt, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, mineral powder (some with added polymers and wood cellulose).

力學(xué)強(qiáng)度:由礦物顆粒之間的內(nèi)摩擦阻力和嵌擠力,以及瀝青膠結(jié)料和礦物之間的膠結(jié)力構(gòu)成。

Mechanical strength: composed of the internal friction resistance and extrusion force between mineral particles, as well as the bonding force between asphalt binder and minerals.

基本分類(lèi):按材料組成和結(jié)構(gòu)分(連續(xù)級(jí)配、間斷級(jí)配)、按礦物集配組成及空隙大?。芗?jí)配、半開(kāi)級(jí)配、開(kāi)級(jí)配)、按公稱(chēng)最大粒徑分(特粗式、粗粒式、中粒式、細(xì)粒式、砂粒)、按生產(chǎn)工藝分(熱拌瀝青混合料、冷拌瀝青混合料、再生瀝青混合料)。

Basic classification: by material composition and structure (continuous grading, intermittent grading), by mineral aggregate composition and pore size (dense grading, semi open grading, open grading), by nominal maximum particle size (extra coarse, coarse, medium, fine, sand), and by production process (hot mix asphalt mixture, cold mix asphalt mixture, recycled asphalt mixture).

Classification of structural types (embedding principle, dense grading principle)

級(jí)配原則:懸浮密實(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)、骨架空隙結(jié)構(gòu)、骨架密實(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)。

Grading principles: suspended dense structure, skeleton void structure, skeleton dense structure.

主要材料瀝青的性能:針入度、軟化點(diǎn)、延度。(粘結(jié)性、感溫性、耐久性、塑性、安全性:閃電試驗(yàn))

The performance of the main material asphalt: penetration, softening point, and ductility. (Adhesion, Temperature Sensitivity, Durability, Plasticity, Safety: Lightning Test)

普通瀝青混合料(AC型瀝青混合料:城市次干道、輔路或人行道等場(chǎng)所)

Ordinary asphalt mixture (AC type asphalt mixture: urban secondary roads, auxiliary roads or sidewalks, etc.)

改性瀝青混合料(較高路面抗流動(dòng)性、高溫下抗車(chē)轍能力、良好的路面柔性和彈性即低溫下抗開(kāi)裂的能力)。材料配比采用SMA結(jié)構(gòu)形式,適用于交通流量和行駛頻度急劇增加,客運(yùn)車(chē)的軸重不斷增加,嚴(yán)格實(shí)行分車(chē)道單向行駛的城鎮(zhèn)主干道和城鎮(zhèn)快速干道。

Modified asphalt mixture (with high pavement resistance to flow, resistance to rutting at high temperatures, good pavement flexibility and elasticity, i.e. resistance to cracking at low temperatures). The material ratio adopts the SMA structural form, which is suitable for urban main roads and urban expressways where traffic flow and driving frequency increase sharply, and the axle load of passenger vehicles continues to increase. Strict implementation of lane separation and one-way driving is required.

瀝青瑪蹄脂碎石混合料(SMA):間斷級(jí)配的瀝青混合料,針入度小,軟化點(diǎn)高,溫度穩(wěn)定的瀝青。適用于城市主干道和城鎮(zhèn)快速干道。

Asphalt Mastic Asphalt (SMA): Intermittent graded asphalt mixture with low penetration, high softening point, and stable temperature. Suitable for urban main roads and urban expressways.
