水泥穩(wěn)定碎石怎么取不出完整的芯樣？

按照技術(shù)規(guī)范要求，濟(jì)南水泥穩(wěn)定碎石層齡期7d~10d，應(yīng)能取出完整的鉆件，可實(shí)際情況是部分路段因?yàn)樗缮ⅲ荒苋〕鐾暾男緲?。其原因是什么呢?/div>

1）水泥用量偏少造成骨料之間膠結(jié)不好，達(dá)不到強(qiáng)度；

2）沒有完全按照規(guī)范要求進(jìn)行養(yǎng)護(hù)，按規(guī)范要求每一段碾壓完成并經(jīng)壓實(shí)度檢查合格后，應(yīng)立即養(yǎng)生，宜采用濕砂進(jìn)行養(yǎng)生，砂層厚度為7cm~10cm。也可采用瀝青乳液進(jìn)行養(yǎng)生，無述條件時(shí)，也可用灑水車結(jié)常灑水進(jìn)行養(yǎng)生。養(yǎng)生期不宜少于7天；

2) If the curing is not carried out in full accordance with the specification requirements, the curing shall be carried out immediately after the compaction of each section is completed according to the specification requirements and the compactness is checked to be qualified. It is better to use wet sand for curing. The thickness of the sand layer is 7cm~10cm. Asphalt lotion can also be used for curing. 3）水泥穩(wěn)定碎石層原材料級(jí)配不好；

4）含水量不合適，以至于水泥不能在混合料中完全水化和水解，水泥對(duì)碎石的穩(wěn)定作用沒發(fā)揮，影響水泥穩(wěn)定碎石的強(qiáng)度；

4) The water content is not appropriate, so that the cement cannot be fully hydrated and hydrolyzed in the mixture, and the cement does not play a role in stabilizing the crushed stone, affecting the strength of cement stabilized crushed stone;

5）水泥選用不當(dāng)，普通硅酸鹽水泥，礦渣硅酸鹽水泥和火山灰質(zhì)硅酸鹽水泥都可用水泥穩(wěn)定碎石，但應(yīng)選用初凝時(shí)間3h以上和終凝時(shí)間較長（宜在6h以上）。不宜使用快硬水泥，早強(qiáng)水泥以及已受潮變質(zhì)的水泥；

5) Improper cement selection. Ordinary Portland cement, slag Portland cement and pozzolanic Portland cement can be used to stabilize crushed stone, but the initial setting time shall be more than 3h and the final setting time shall be longer (preferably more than 6h). Fast hardening cement, early strength cement and cement that has been damped and deteriorated should not be used;

6）拌合得不均勻，且沒在佳含水量下充分壓實(shí)，以及施工碾壓時(shí)間拖的過長，破壞了已結(jié)硬的水泥膠凝，使其強(qiáng)度下降。

6) Uneven mixing, insufficient compaction under good water content, and too long construction rolling time destroy the hardened cement gel and reduce its strength.

預(yù)防措施：

Preventive measures:

1）原材料方面，每批水泥應(yīng)檢驗(yàn)合格后，才能進(jìn)行使用；對(duì)于碎石，要符合級(jí)配要求，大料徑不要超過31.5mm，對(duì)于不合格的材料嚴(yán)禁進(jìn)入場(chǎng)地；

3）抖合的計(jì)量器具要在開工前送計(jì)量質(zhì)量檢測(cè)中心進(jìn)行檢定，以保證稱量的準(zhǔn)確無誤；

3) Shattered measuring instruments shall be sent to the Measurement Quality Inspection Center for verification before commencement to ensure the accuracy of weighing;

4）在運(yùn)輸過程中要避免使用小型送料車，混合料要覆蓋，減少運(yùn)輸途中水分的蒸發(fā)。

4) Small feeder trucks shall be avoided during transportation, and the mixture shall be covered to reduce evaporation of water during transportation.
